As shown on each service plan page. Prices are exclusive of consumption tax; consumption tax (currently 10%) is added. For reference, current Founder pricing is: Pay-as-you-go 10,000 yen per venue per month plus 500 yen per item; Unlimited 30,000 yen per venue per month.
Additional Fees
Consumption tax (currently 10%). Bank-transfer fees and internet or communication costs are borne by the customer. Optional additional hardware or implementation services are quoted separately in the Order Form.
Accepted payment methods
Credit card (processed by Stripe) or bank transfer.
Payment Period
Card payments are charged on the monthly billing date; the first charge is taken when the subscription starts. Bank transfers must be completed within 10 days of the invoice date.
Service provision timing
Access is provided promptly after payment and account activation are completed.
Subscription term, renewal and cancellation
Billed monthly and renews automatically each month. There is no minimum lock-in beyond the current month. To cancel, use your account settings or contact Takumo before the next billing date; access continues to the end of the paid month.
Cancellations and refunds
Because the service is a digital service, cancellations or refunds are not available for the current period once it has been billed. If a defect or service failure attributable to Takumo occurs, Takumo will remedy it by correcting the issue or, where appropriate, providing a credit or refund.

Internet connection and the latest version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Safari.
